A Charitable Night in the Lower East Side
On Saturday night (November 28) more than twenty bands gathered on Ludlow Street in Manhattan to play Hex-Fest. Among the highlights were the sloppy yet spirited Brooklyn hip hop duo Das Racist (pictured above) and Williamsburg neighbors Apache Beat and Wild Yaks.
The event was held to raise funds for Invisible Children a non-profit helping children and families that have been affected by the wars of Northern Uganda.
