Modest Mouse, Built to Spill, Spoon, M.I.A., and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah are among artists set to perform at the inaugural Treasure Island Music Festival, slated for Sept 15 & 16 on a man-made island in the San Francisco Bay. The newfound festival, created by Noise Pop and Another Planet Entertainment, will focus on electronic music Saturday Sept.
